How long will my tutor or the Academic Support team take to respond to my email?

All Kaplan tutors do their best to respond to student emails within two working days. However, sometimes your tutor may need a little more time to investigate your question or may be out of the office and unable to respond. If your course has access to Kaplan's Academic Support team, then we strongly recommend that you contact a support tutor in this team in the first instance.
